BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Sciences, or Accounting preferred.

4 years experience as an ERP System Administrator. Inside implementation experience for major ERP applications including Oracle or SAP preferred. Strong skills in ability to data mine and write financial reports. Firm understanding of ERP security. Oracle, Netsuite, SAP ERP software experiences is a must.

Implementing and customizing software applications as well as providing support for associated software.   Researching problems, testing, training and documenting best practices. Analyzing system capabilities to resolve questions, issues, output requirements, and controls.

Responsibilities
Obtain a firm understanding of a software’s capabilities and design so that “best” use processes can be developed and implemented.

• Serves as a technical liaison between the company and outside software houses to investigate and resolve problems, and facilitate proper use of systems.
• Remain current on job-specific and departmental topics through training courses, workshops, seminars, professional organizations, professional publications, etc. to apply appropriate policies and technologies to assigned systems.
• Coordinates the installation of new and modified systems.
• Writes training documentation of systems to use as the basis for developing training modules for system users.
• Develop management reports as directed using report writing applications.
• Applications security.
• Testing of new software releases for applications used by the company.

• Knowledge of technical computer terminology.
• Skill in developing logical conclusions and implementing practical solutions to highly complex technical and business problems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Develop high level of understanding and “best use” of applications design to provide management and users with optimum solutions to business needs.
• Skill in data mining and report writing.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Skill in adjusting priorities and work schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
