Overview:

For CIOs, COOs, and IT executives, effectively identifying, assessing, and measuring the economic value of technology investments is a crucial element of their overall company’s success.  Mitigating the risks associated with large investments requires an objective evaluation of projects’ benefits and costs, versus the apparent and inherent risks.  Managing the technology selection process within an innovative, fast paced industry introduces challenges for any IT organization.  As a result, the desire to quickly assess investments, while thoroughly evaluating the impact on the company’s bottom line, is often blurred by an unstructured portfolio and ROI management process.

Glomark-Governan, in collaboration with leading CIOs and IT executives as panelists, will speak directly to this paradigm by discussing experiences and best practices for adopting a standardized process to consistently and objectively forecast and measure IT value.

The panelists represent most major industries, including banking, retail, manufacturing, financial services, health care, government and non-profit.

Session Topics:

 - Best Practices for Forecasting the Economic Benefits of IT Investments

 - Best Practices for Measuring the ROI of IT Projects

 - Best Practices for IT Portfolio Management
 - Assessing the Economic Value, Risk and ROI of ERPs and Business Applications
 - Assessing the Economic Value, Risk and ROI of IT Security and IT Infrastructure

 - IT Value Identification Mapping
 - Luncheon Wrap-Up: Keynote Speaker, Steve Cooper

Please join us and your peers for this sharing of ideas, best practices, and experiences!

Vendor ROI-Leaders Sponsorship Opportunity

This event is “by invitation only” to CIOs and senior IT executives; however, Glomark-Governan is offering five (5) sponsorship opportunities to IT vendors who are leaders in ROI and Economic Value Creation (EVC).

This is a perfect opportunity to position your company as an industry leader with regard to value creation.  Your company’s branded logo will be included in all forum communications, and you may include one representative from your company as a recognized ROI/EVC practitioner/expert.  Additionally, the attendee from your organization will be hearing firsthand how CIOs go about determining business value, what issues are most important to a CIO, and what “Best Practices” they use when managing their own portfolios; all from the perspective of actual CIOs.

Glomark-Governan is allowing only five (5) sponsorships, which will be accepted on a “first-come-first-served” basis.  Therefore, if you are interested, we urge you to place your formal sponsorship confirmation as soon as possible.

To learn more about the benefits, cost, and requirements to be a sponsor for the
