Gary L. Quick founded Quick Solutions, Inc. (QSI) in 1991 in response to a growing demand for outsourced Information Technology consulting, staffing and solutions services. Quick Solutions has continued to grow and we now have over 190 QSI consultants engaged at over 90 client sites in a wide range of industries.

Our core business and services are Business Solutions and IT Consulting. Business Solutions services include, but are not limited to, Application Development with the following studios: ALM, .NET, Java, Information Worker Solutions, Connected Systems Solutions and Quality Assurance Solutions. QSI is proud to employ two Microsoft MVPs. Our Business Solutions Practices also include a Business Intelligence Office, Project Management Office, Project Services Organization (training), and a Business Technology Office. Thus, QSI is a full-service IT services provider. IT consulting provides IT services to clients on a staff augmentation type basis. These services are usually contracted on a time and materials basis to the client.    

In addition, all employees have the opportunity to participate in the Great Game of Business (GGOB). The GGOB is a quarterly bonus incentive program based on performance goals.

QSI practices open-book management. We hold quarterly meetings to review financials and update all employees on additional company information. Our open-book policy provides a better understanding of QSI and the consulting business in general.
