The ideal candidate will provide functional and technical support for the ecommerce software and product offeringsEducation and/or Experience:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the Technical Support Analyst:

• Provide client support and technical issue resolution for ecommerce software products via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium
• Advise clients on coding best practices
• Installation of products and product offerings
• Communicate to customers the steps necessary to maintain and update software products
• Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems
• Provide feedback and status reports
 Requirements

The ideal Technical Support candidate will also possess the following skills:

• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
• Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications
• Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized
• Experience with hardware and software issues
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of variables
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Positive attitude

Education and/or Experience:
