BioOhio Publishes Ohio Bioscience Growth Report
BioOhio’s recently released annual report on the growth of the state’s bioscience sector indicates the past decade has been one of strong growth for the industry. The Ohio Tax Credit Authority has approved Job Creation and Retention Tax Credits for a number of Central Ohio companies planning to expand their businesses and create new jobs in the region.

eBay Inc. announced that it has agreed to acquire GSI Commerce, a leading provider of e-commerce and interactive marketing services, and the parent company of Columbus-based ClearSaleing, for $29.25 a share, or total consideration of approximately $2.4 billion.
