Study Shows Impact of Ohio Third Frontier on State’s Economy - Program Credited With Creating $6.6B and 41,300 Jobs

Results of a recent report commissioned by the Ohio Third Frontier indicate that the program is estimated to have generated $6.6 billion in economic activity and 41,300 jobs which represent $2.4 billion in wages and benefits for Ohioans.  This signifies a 10:1 return on investment for the program in the first five years of its 10-year initial phase.    [Read More]

OSU’s New Masterplan to Support Vision of One University

OSU has begun releasing preliminary details for its new comprehensive masterplan which is being called “One Ohio State Framework” in reference to President Gordon Gee’s call for “one university.”  The plan, being developed by Boston’s Sasaki & Associates, will create a pair of cross-axes (east-west and north-south) that will define boundaries and create individual sections (or frames) of the campus which are intended to facilitate sustainable growth and interdisciplinary collaboration.   [Read More]

Governor Designates Ohio Health Information Partnership to Lead the State’s Implementation of Healthcare IT
