Expesite Acquires Report Hawk

Expesite LLC, developer of project management software for restaurants, retail, construction, real estate and financial companies has acquired Hilliard-based Report Hawk. Report Hawk specializes in online project management for contractors, subcontractors and construction vendors. Expesite hopes to add nearly $2 million in annual revenue as a result of this expansion. Report Hawk will operate as a subsidiary. Its employees will move to Expesite’s offices on North Fifth Street in Columbus.
