Completed in 2002 at a cost of nearly $5 million, the 62,000-square-foot facility includes 32 offices, 7 conference rooms, 16 wet laboratories, 3 dry laboratories and four high-bay manufacturing facilities. Client companies occupy 95 percent of the available space. Many of TechColumbus Incubation companies are based in the center. All our offices are fully furnished.

Affiliation with the TechColumbus Incubator is typically on a year-by-year basis.
