Kimberly D. Gayle, Founder of The Futurepreneur is a Small Business Coach, Entrepreneur, Author and Speaker, who thrives on assisting others’ in achieving their dreams of becoming business owners. More often than not, after speaking with her, you will feel refreshed, motivated, and encouraged to get your business up and running. As an entrepreneur herself, she truly understand the challenges that business owners face, especially when getting started and handling all the major details associated with entrepreneurship. As an Executive Coach and working with clients, she realizes that the act of “change” is extremely difficult for most people, and even if they desire to transition from employee to business owner, in their minds it’s just not that simple. Her goal is to assist her clients with eliminating those fears and allowing them to create the life they truly want.
 
Kimberly was recently selected to participate in a successful book series titled Discover Your Inner Strength sharing success strategies featuring bestselling authors Stephen R. Convey, Brian Tracy, and Ken Blanchard (www.execintervention.com/innerstrength.html). She also is the VP of Executive Intervention LLC, a training and development company that designs and facilitates customized training programs in the areas of change management, performance management, and organization development. She has over 17 years of professional experience in a variety of sectors including, private, public, and non-profit. She currently is a board member for the Drug-Free Action Alliance and serves on the nomination committee. She holds a certification in Life Coaching from the Institute for Life Coach Training and a member of the International Coach Federation. In addition, she volunteers her coaching service to MBA graduate students who attend Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.
