Fidelity Voice and Data Announces Small Business Grant Competition Winners

Cleveland, Ohio (November 17, 2009) – Two Local Companies Win Colocation Service to Support their Growing Businesses.Fidelity Voice and Data, a high-quality business class voice and data service company, announced today that it has awarded two small business grants to help foster growing technology ventures. The grant provides free data center colocation services for six months.  Grant recipients are: Social Advance LLC, a technology company that empowers traditional media publishers by creating social network structures around their valuable content; and Sideways, LLC, a mobile software developer that builds applications for mobile devices such as the iPhone and iPod Touch.

 The colocation grant, specifically designed to support technology companies looking to expand their data capabilities, allows businesses to lower their operating capital and expenses by leveraging Fidelity’s world class enterprise data center management expertise.  The grant competition is part of Fidelity Voice and Data’s community outreach initiative, launched earlier this year, to give area small businesses a boost by significantly improving their voice, data and internet capabilities. Additional grant campaigns for voice, data and Internet service offerings are slated for January 2010 and will target the Columbus and Cleveland markets.
