High School diploma required, prefer higher education

Qualifications include:

• 1 year experience repairing desktops, laptops, and printers in a business environment.
• Knowledge of Zenworks of desktops would be a strong plus.
• Basic knowledge of Novell networks required
• A+ certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional presentation and excellent customer services skills.

Anu Resources is recruiting a field technician for one of its clients. Essential Functions for the job would  Include the following

• Assembly and installation of desktop/laptop parts and components.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop and printer issues.
• Image, install and configure Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Document upgrades and part replacement
• Perform basic backup and restore functions.
• Open and close service request tickets; Document all service-related activity.
