The Ohio Tax Credit Authority approved 15 companies for Job Creation Tax Credits that are expected to create 1,223 new positions while retaining 1,119 jobs in the state. Among those companies receiving tax credits was Plain City’s Eden Cryogenics, LLC. Eden Cryogenics makes cryogenic products for the alternative fuel, energy, aerospace and commercial cryogenic and vacuum markets. The company received a 50 percent job creation tax credit for seven years for a $2.3 million project that is expected to generate 30 new jobs and retain 23.
