The quarterly hiring outlook recently published by Robert Half Technology finds that, while IT hiring remains modest, Ohio and nearby states are projecting a slightly more optimistic second quarter. The region, which includes Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin, is faring better than the nation as a whole. Nationally, while CIOs project a nine percent increase in hiring, four percent say they are expecting cutbacks.
