Genesys Developer - Dublin, OH

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or a related field

Required Skills and Experience: -5 years of Genesys CTI experience -5 years of call routing experience (Conventional and Multimedia) Preferred Skills and Experience: -3 years of CTI reporting experience, both Genesys and CCPulse -3 years of Java experience

The selected candidate will perform the following duties: -Design, build, analyze, and complete development of Story cards related to Genesys Telephony -Provide high quality, cost effective information technology solutions to business partners by creating new or modifying and/or supporting existing software -Contribute strategic vision to the business unit and integrates a broad range of ideas regarding IT application development -Be recognized across the organization for IT application development expertise and sought as a resource for resolution of unique or complex IT application development problems -Undertake the most complex IT application development projects involving multiple disciplines and may impact multiple business units Please contact Ann Angerer at 614-434-0056 or email resume to aangerer@unicon-intl.com.
