Global Health Spending: Learning to do More with Less

Dr. Nandakumar ranks among the most coveted experts to the study of Global Health and Development, and offers invaluable insight to the leading methods of efficient health development and spending. A consultant to the World Bank, the World Health Organization, and assistant professor at Harvard University, Dr. Nandakumar has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals. His recent research has focused on fungibility of donor assistance; understanding the linkages between health expenditures and maternal and infant mortality, and studying the relationship between growth in a country's income and spending on health. Dr. Nandakumar is extremely interested in developing methods to track resource flows to understand the efficiency of health spending.
