Qwirk Columbus announces its green initiative workshop – ”Increase Your Energy Smarts” on February 24th, 2011 from Noon – 1 pm.

What you can learn:

Energy costs and consumption are through the roof and the average utility bill running as much as double what it did just a year or two ago. If your utility bills are getting increasingly high or even if your utility bills are reasonable, there are things you can do to conserve energy and reduce your costs and usage.

Mary and Russ are partners in Responsible Solutions for Energy Transition (Re:SET), a newly-formed company that facilitates community-wide adoption of energy efficiency and renewable energy measures in an affordable way. They have been consultants in the renewable energy and energy efficiency field since 2003 through their company Renewable Concepts & Design and are members of several organizations including Green Energy Ohio, American Solar Energy Society and other.
