Northwoods Consulting Partners, located in Dublin, is seeking an attorney to fill the position of In-House Legal Counsel. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience, preferably with corporate, transactional, and/or intellectual property. Candidate must also have a Law degree and be licensed to practice in the State of Ohio.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Provide counsel and guidance to officers, directors, and other managers on legal matters affecting the organization
• Prepare and review proposed contracts, leases, formal agreements and other documents
• Research and analyzes statues, regulations, policies, judicial decisions, legal articles and codes, etc.
• Tracks and ensures corporate compliance of business filings, licenses, insurance, etc.
• Manage relations with outside counsel Candidates must have strong presentation, written and verbal communication, and excellent problem solving skills.
