Description

Responsible for the delivery of Call Center solutions through the analysis, organization and performance of software implementation tasks driven by client requirements. Accountable for associated project planning deliverables to affect implementation within established timeframes and budget. Participate in internal growth activities as they relate to new products and best practices. An Implementation Consultant will work as part of a team, directly supervised by a Senior Consultant or Managing Consultant.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for overall solution delivery success and client satisfaction:

• Responsible for delivering solutions based upon corporate implementation methodology

• Participate in requirement gathering sessions

• Participate in business process reengineering

• Participate in software configurations for solution delivery

• Support application knowledge transfer to client implementation team

• Participate in application testing

• Develop and perform customized end user training courses

• Facilitate internal transition of client environment to ensure appropriate post-implementation support

• Strict adherence to contractual project timeframes is required to ensure on time and on budget solution delivery

• Utilize best practice implementation techniques

2. Responsible for documentation related to all project deliverables during implementation:

• Requirements documents

• Design document/workflow process maps

• Development/interface specifications

• Test scripts and error reporting

• End user training manuals and materials

• Other deliverables as required

3. Support organizational growth as directed by supervisor:

• Participate in department growth through continued process/delivery improvements

• Participate in product development activity and introduction of new product functionality to Professional Service staff

• Support department best practices

• Contribute to solution product knowledge management

• Adhere to critical funded/non-funded development process

• Adhere to administrative standards for time and expense entry

4. Rapidly comprehend and deploy the features and functions of Astute Solutions' fast changing product suite

• Achieve and maintain core application and industry certifications.

• Continuously improve applicable technical skills REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proficient in MS Office applications and MS Project

• Working knowledge of relational database concepts and use

• Fundamental server and networking skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication

• Effective time management

• Able to work well independently or in a team environment

• Motivated self-starter with demonstrated initiative

PREFERRED SKILLS

• SQL query tools

• LAN/WAN configurations

• Oracle/SQL Server database administration
