• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; minimum of 5 years experience working directly with customers on needs analysis.

• Minimum of 5 years experience implementing software applications or related IT projects. Reasoning Ability: • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into ARCOS functionality, then relate this information back to the customer in a manner they will understand. Computer Skills: • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Project, and Internet Explorer. • Excellent typing skills, strong grammar and spelling abilities are critical.

Position Summary Plan, coordinate and execute activities of implementing ARCOS systems to new customers. Work directly with customers to determine business rules and processes, assist with completing configuration documentation and train customers to test new systems and prepare for go-live. Ensure that implementations of new systems are accomplished within prescribed time frames by performing the following duties personally or through supporting ARCOS, Inc. associates. Also manage other projects as assigned. • Learn and become certified on the ARCOS product using a self-guided certification process. Demonstrate continued mastery of advanced ARCOS features. • Review new implementation projects with sales staff to determine customers* key stakeholders, project team members, and special requirements. • Work with customers to establish project plans and manage each phase of projects. Lead onsite meetings and training sessions, online meetings and conference calls. • Oversee analysis of requirements and data submitted by customers. Perform analysis of requirements and level of *fit* to ARCOS System. Request analysis tasks from other ARCOS, Inc. staff as necessary, manage results of tasks within customer and internal process guidelines. • Perform gap analysis on customer requirements, and draft Work Orders for custom system engineering work if required by project. • Work with engineering staff to ensure proper configuration of new ARCOS systems. Work with testing team to ensure complete testing of new ARCOS systems. • Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within prescribed budgets. • Take responsibility for, and "own" project delivery dates and timelines • Review status reports prepared by customer project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required. • Prepare project reports for management, clients and others. • Other duties may be assigned.
