| Description |
Responsible for all inside sales activities, including lead generation, cross-sell/up-sell, qualification of prospects and product demonstration. Teamed with a regional VP of Sales to provide leads, set them up with initial prospect meetings, and develop relationships downstream from corporate to the store level. Majority of time will be spent on the phone; a minimum of 50-75 calls per day will be required.

Demonstrates consultative selling skills and product knowledge in all areas of the organization.

Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.

Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.

Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.

Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers.

Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling of business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.

Position is dial heavy, 50-75 phone calls per day will be the minimum.

Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.

Assists in the creation of effective proposal presentations.

Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.

Demonstrates the ability to gather and submit detailed business information, pricing, and presentation of solutions to identified prospects' business problems.

Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities utilizing Salesforce.com.
