TOPIC: “Antitrust Issues Involving Intellectual Property: When Does Exercising an Intellectual Property Right Become an Antitrust Wrong?”
Mr. Edward Matto will identify the most common antitrust issues that may arise when a client exercises its valuable intellectual property assets; it will provide guidance to recognize and avoid the antitrust issues while maximizing the value of the intellectual property through joint ventures, cross-licensing, tying and bundling arrangements, mergers and various licensing arrangements.

CLE: This course is approved by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 1.5 total CLE hours instruction.
