Interpersonal Skills Development Series, Nov 24
Do you want to communicate more effectively with your colleagues? Would you like to be able to resolve interpersonal conflict and deal with difficult people at work? If so, join Employers Resource Association for our Interpersonal Skills Development Series. We will explore dimensions of behavior and personality through the DiSC® instrument, discover how to increase your personal assertiveness, and identify techniques to resolve conflict and effectively deal with difficult people.
The program begins November 3, 10, 17, 24 from 8:30 am -11:30 am. Cost: $285 for ERA members $400.00 for nonmembers. 12 credits for PHR/SPHR/GPHR and 1.2 CEUs.
