The TechColumbus Leadership Series is an exclusive invitation only event with 50-75 small and large company Founders, CEOs and Presidents, held at The Blackwell at OSU in the evenings from, 06:00pm -7:30pm. It’s an opportunity for the best and brightest of Columbus Leadership to share ideas and discuss best practices. About Rhett Ricart
Rhett C. Ricart serves as the Co-Chief Executive Officer at Ricart Automotive Personnel, Inc./Ricart Automotive Group. He heads administrative operations of the Columbus-based, family-owned business while his brother Fred handles marketing duties.
Rhett joined the company in 1980. Since then, the Ricarts have acquired nine Central Ohio dealerships, making the company the largest dealer in the world for all makes and manufacturers in new and used car retail sales.
Fred and Rhett have been perfecting the Ricart Automotive service philosophy since they took responsibility for the dealership in the 1980s. With years of dedication, industry innovations, their own brand of "homegrown advertising" and one-on-one discussions with their customers, this dynamic duo has grown Ricart Automotive into the ultimate automotive retailer.
Rhett is from Canal Winchester and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing in 1978 from The Ohio State University.
