- Advanced Certification with Microsoft, Novell, VMware& Linux installation and administration. [preferred] - Cisco certifications: Cisco hardware, software, installation and management. [preferred] - Project Management and/or Six Sigma training. [preferred] Previous Job Experience: - Experience managing IT resources and projects. - Customer Interface experience, including direct interaction with customer at the management and technical level. - Experience in developing best business practices and customer processes. Special Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: - Financial Management - Ability to deliver positive financial results related to technical work and engagements delivering the most cost effective solutions that meet or exceed the clients requirements and to scope work engagements to profitability metrics, and clearly set customer expectations. - Customer Focus - Demonstrated knowledge of wide array of systems and networking solutions, with the ability to develop solutions to customer issues, and partner with the customer for continued success. - Written Communication - Ability to articulate technical projects in written form including the necessary details and in a form understandable by customers. - New Product Development - Demonstrated knowledge to understand technical industry trends, align solutions which meet voice-of-the-customer, and work to develop business case supporting new opportunity. Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises other management employee(s) in engagements and projects Miscellaneous: - Ability to communicate effectively at C-level within a clients organization - Ability to craft partnerships with external Vendors, Service Providers, and Software - Operations, PMO, Compliance, and Organizational Improvement, Cross-functional product teams (all technology disciplines.)

Technology development activities including meetings with customers to define potential project scopes and drive technology improvement where ever possible. - Develop and leverage of best practices to enhance a clients technology initiates - Development of technical project plans, outlining project activities, pricing and deliverables. - Develop and manage internal documentation required for appropriate architectural capture. - Assist with the management of the PSG engineers [systems, networking and/or security] to ensure expertise to customers. - Act as mentor to other project engineers to assist in elevation of internal engineering standards. - Develop client best business practices for engineering standards and project implementations. - Assist with Recruiting engineering needs for projects that exceed current staffing capacity. - 60% - Provide clients with technical project support, installation, optimization and technology based recommendations. - 20% - Assist, mentor, educate and act as an escalation point to others within the project team - 10% - Develop internal documentation as required. - 10% - Maintain vendor relations and engineer development.
