Mahesh Dalvi, Director of IT, Qwest Mahesh Dalvi is the Director of IT, Technology, Enterprise Architecture & Testing at Qwest Communications International Inc, a leading provider of high speed Internet, data, video and voice services. Mahesh has responsibility for Qwest's Enterprise Technology Architecture organization as well as the company's Enterprise Testing and Environment departments. In his 15 years of IT experience, he has managed & led areas of Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, Technology Architecture as well as large complex global software development, delivery, and Infrastructure operations. He has published articles in technology magazines, participated on various technology advisory councils, and spoken at conferences. Mahesh has a BE in Electronics & Telecom Engineering from the University of Bombay, a MS in Computer & Electrical Engineering from the Ross School at Ohio University, and an MBA from the Fischer School of Business, The Ohio State University. He is based in Dublin, Ohio and is an active member in many community initiatives. Michael Billy, Director of Engineering, Qwest Michael Billy, Director of Voice Design and Engineering for Qwest, brings 12 years experience designing, certifying, and deploying communications systems. Since joining Qwest in 1998, he has managed teams deploying a wide range of new technologies expanding capacity, reducing cost, and supporting new products in Qwest’s Network and Service Architectures. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ohio State University.
