BS or equivalent experience

• Practical experience with JAVA, JavaScript and J2EE development as well as with Servlets and Java Server Pages (JSP)

• Solid understanding of Apache Tomcat, JDBC and Hibernate

• Web application and relational database (SQL Server, Oracle) and Java Web Services experience is also required

• The person should also have a working understanding of Struts, Oracle SQL & Version Control tools.

Must be US Citizen Our client has recently inherited several Java applications that need to be maintained as well as documented and enhanced and the Java skill base there is not very deep. This is a leadership opportunity on a long term contract. The consultant would be expected to perform development as well as assist in training other developers. The position is full-time on-site in Columbus, with a Monday-Friday work week.
