6-10 years of project architecture leadership experience, Informatica, Teradata warehouses, Oracle RDBMS, Erwin, Oracle DRM, Background in FINANCE industry highly preferred!

Full-Time opportunity with a leading Fortune 500 company in Columbus, OH! **The Java Systems Architect supports a line of business or infrastructure domain and is responsible for technical quality, integrity and evolution of the application portfolio sustaining a business function(s) within a business solution area (BSA) or the technology portfolio.** Responsibilities: Will provide project leadership within the Finance IT BSA, as well as data architecture guidance within the organization. Will also work very closely with the Finance Data Governance team. Candidate must possess strong project architecture leadership skills, with a focus on the data domain, including data acquisition, data integration, data modeling, metadata management, MDM, data quality and profiling, and data governance. Needs technology experience with Informatica, Teradata data warehouse, Oracle RDBMS, Erwin, Oracle DRM. A finance acumen is strongly preferred. Job Summary: Serves as expert in IT systems architecture. Undertakes complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge. Makes well thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous IT architecture issues. Coordinates with users to determine requirements. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. Establishes and communicates common goal and direction for team. Acts as a resource for direction, training, and guidance for less experienced staff. Monitors projects schedules and costs.
