MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Facilitate the set-up and ongoing maintenance of user accounts to meet or exceed client expectations while maintaining DOmedia standards. Maintain open dialogue with clients as necessary through phone or email communications to insure satisfaction. SUMMARY AND PURPOSE OF POSITION To engage prospective new DOmedia users and assist them through the registration and account creation process. Demonstrate how the system can be used to find, plan, buy or sell media. Drive revenue by providing user support through the online media ordering process. Additional responsibilities include database administration, website quality assurance, CRM software administration and all facets of maintaining and enhancing customer relationships. SCOPE OF POSITION • Assume account responsibility for designated existing and new user accounts. • Handle incoming user support requests regarding how to use the site as well as all current and new tools. • Identify new users, categories and/or vertical industries for business development opportunity. • Use the system regularly, identify and log “bugs” as well as new functionality opportunities that meet user needs. • Conduct industry and/or competitive analysis in order to stay current with trends, threats and opportunities. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE • Basic computer skills (i.e. working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products) • Experience with, or ability to quickly learn how to use, Salesforce as a CRM resource to maintain contact information, account responsibility/activity/tasks. KIND AND LENGTH OF EXPERIENCE • 1-2 years experience with customer service background and/or inside sales experience, preferably in the technology or media space. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS • Strong Excel skills. • Experience or exposure to technical projects (i.e. web design/development) • DOmedia is a young, start-up company characterized by lots of activity - most of it cross-functional - and a can-do spirit that's infectious.
