Right now, we’re looking for a Nanofabrication Lab Manager to lead a Microelectronics facility team. This position is located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Specific duties include:
- Leading the procurement, installation and setup of new equipment.
- Maintaining and operating equipment used in fabrication and testing.
- Coordinating user requests and equipment maintenance needs.
- Working closely with a Technical Instructor to ensure proper function of laboratory equipment in support of laboratory course.
- Performing trouble-shooting of equipment and process problems.
- Participating in user training programs.
- Establishing and refining standard operating procedures for equipment.
- Helping establish and refine laboratory monitoring practices.
- Providing recommendations and support for the general operations of the laboratories.
You must have:
- Five years experience in a semiconductor processing facility.
- Experience in all aspects of microfabrication, including photolithography, oxidation/ diffusion/ LPCVD systems, plasma etching and vacuum deposition systems.
- Experience with equipment maintenance and parts inventory management.
