| Description |
This position is responsible for calling businesses to identify the decision maker, qualify the sales lead by asking a serious of questions, emailing marketing information to the lead, and then updating the lead records in the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. Qualified and interested leads are forwarded to the Account Manager for closing.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Use company CRM database to call a minimum of 75 leads a day with a target of 143 calls a day to identify decision makers.

Accurately qualify a minimum of 10 leads per day using sales scripts and qualifying questions.

Update lead records in CRM with accurate and complete information.

Email follow up marketing materials to interested leads.

Assign qualified/interested leads to Account Manager for closing by assigning a task record in CRM.

Work with Call Center Manager to determine future best practices for reaching the target markets and quotas within each territory.

Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Education and Qualifications:

Diploma in Sales, Marketing or Business related field or work experience equivalent.

Experience in making 100+ calls a day.

Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Experience with lead databases and CRMs is preferred.
-
Experience with Salesforce.com CRM or Jigsaw database is an extra plus.
