Lead Service Desk Operator Everest Technologies is a leading Information Technology solutions provider based in Columbus, Ohio with off-shore development facilities in India. Everest provides top quality systems development and integration services to industrial, commercial, and governmental clients. The Lead Service Desk Operator will perform routine service desk tasks such as incident management for all of the Client’s software, hardware, telecom and network.Next level escalation resource for service desk operators. Primary escalation contact for high severity and priority incident management. Tracks and communicates incident and problem ticket timelines. Level one triage, trouble shooting, resolution and escalation as per service levels and documented processes.

  • Proven troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to identify trends through research to find commonality of reported Issue.
  • Ability to work under pressure with little direction.
  • Adjusts quickly to change.
  • Schedule rotation with peers possible. Must be flexible.
  • Proven ability to handle ambiguity.
  • Skilled at defusing and resolving conflicts.
  • 2 year associate degree in IT related field
