David Bianconi, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Progressive Medical
Mr. Bianconi drew on his experience overseeing several businesses and his entrepreneurial spirit to start Progressive Medical in 1986. Initially a provider of electromedical and other durable medical equipment, Progressive Medical has continually expanded its portfolio of services under Mr. Bianconi’s leadership. As Progressive Medical continues to grow, Mr. Bianconi continues to provide the vision and leadership that Progressive Medical has become known. He also works closely with clients to ensure that Progressive Medical continues to develop innovative services that help them meet their objectives. Mr. Bianconi is an active member of his community, serving on the Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees and on the Advisory Board to TechColumbus as a sampling of a few of his volunteerism. He has been honored with several awards noting his compassionate, integrity-driven business practices, most notably ranking in Business First Fast 50 for each of the past 13 years.

Urquhart "Urko" Wood - Strategy Adviser, OH Lead, Strategyn Consulting
Urko Wood helps company leaders find and develop opportunities in the market to drive organic growth through innovation. Strategyn has helped its clients generate billions of dollars in revenue from new products and services over the past 18 years. Wood was the founder of Strategy Innovations, a strategy and business development firm that focused on helping clients understand how customers define value and make purchase decisions, driving improved business strategy, product development and strategic account management. He currently serves on the Corporate Innovation Forum Advisory Board for the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and he is one of the inventors of Strategyn’s patented method for creating a market growth strategy.
