Columbus OH - Leading mobility enabler, Integrated Mobile, today launched a series of powerful enhancements to extend the client-facing reporting and analysis capabilities of its mobile lifecycle management platform. Now, company administrators and managers will have access to many of the tools that Integrated Mobile experts use to drive down costs and optimize the productivity of the mobile workforce.
Driven by client request, the new functionality combines existing mobile asset and financial data into a series of comprehensive reports, enabling clients to determine the total cost of ownership for different mobile platforms and devices. Authorized users can quickly and easily analyze mobile cost and usage by device type, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), mobile OS (Operating System), OS Version, Service Plan and Plan Group.
The new reports are available through Integrated Mobile’s secure client portal, the iWIN Dashboard. This proprietary platform provides multiple users with tiered access to reports and activity surrounding each step of the mobile lifecycle. From procurement and asset management to help desk and device support, iWIN Dashboard Administrators and Managers have complete vision into the mobile environment for their team.
