Bachelor's Degree (minimum)

Extensive experience developing and delivering training to HR, management and employees in the areas of human resource management, legal compliance, leadership, communication skills and other professional development areas. SPHR certification highly desirable.

Full service HR Association with nearly 1300 member organizations seeks a full-time trainer in our Columbus, OH office to deliver HR and soft skill training to member companies.

Ideal candidate will be degreed, will have extensive experience developing and delivering training to HR, management and employees in the areas of human resource management, legal compliance, leadership, communication skills and other professional development areas.

SPHR highly desirable. Candidate must possess superior classroom training skills, high energy, understand experiential learning techniques, be flexible in scheduling and respond quickly to meet customer needs.

Must also be able to write proposals and win business.

Some regional travel may be required.
