Legal Lunch and Learn at Qwirk!

Ever want to start your own business, but hesitated due to all the legal issues? Well you're in luck! Qwirk Coworking is hosting a Legal Lunch and Learn in a four part series put on by our own Dan Barham. Please join Dan, founder and attorney of Barham Legal, LLC, for the first part of the Legal Lunch and Learn Thursday, March 11. A short networking session will start at 12pm and the actual presentation will begin at 12:30 sharp! The first event will be LLC or Corporation? - getting started in business and choosing the right entity form. During this event, Dan will discuss the key considerations for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small businesses during the early stages of starting their company. Discussions will include the difference between business entity types such as sole proprietorships, LLCs, and corporations and which one would best suit your particular business. After the presentation, Dan will be around to answer any and all questions. There really aren't any events out there like this so don't miss out on this chance!
