Areas of Responsibility:  (WHAT)

    The duties and responsibilities of this Social Media Expert include, but are not limited to the items listed below.  Following the successful completion of the hiring process, a specific position description, inclusive of clear and specific metrics will be developed and implemented with the new leader.

(1)  To improve our brand awareness and increase leads resulting in more sales.

(2)  Provide daily updates to Twitter and every 3rd day updates to Facebook.

(3) Create and prepare quarterly reports to prove the tangible value of social  media to the organization.
   
(4)  Create Facebook and Twitter presence and ads for Bizwatch.
   
(5)  Complement Twitter presence for Bizwatch.

(6)  Increase ecommerce leads and sales for Bizwatch and prove the tangible     value to the organization.

(7)  Blog about benefits of Bizwatch and analytical trends in the industry.
    
(8) Increase loyal follower count to 1,000 in 6 months.

(9) Develop a social media strategy.

(10) Support sales initiatives and goals for Bizwatch.

(11) Tie into a new Bizwatch ecommerce site.

(12) Support social media thought leadership in the local community.

(13)  Other as identified and assigned.
