Media Technician

We are seeking a hard- working, enthusiastic individual to become part our Media Solutions team. This position is for a mid-level technician who is willing to learn new and exciting technologies!
Requirements
Qualifications
- Ability to install and troubleshoot various audio/video systems (Projectors, LCD’s, sound systems, etc.)
- Assist in the pulling of copper and fiber optic cabling in office and plant environments
- Assist in the installation of low-voltage cabling and equipment for Audio & Video (in-wall speakers and plasma TV)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to go up and down ladders from 6ft step to 24ft extension ladders
- Ability to work on man lifts
- Read blueprints (building and electrical)
- Knowledge and experience with hand tools, various power tools and basic computer skills
- Performs related duties as assigned by project managers
- Some travel throughout Ohiowill be required, as needed
- Available to work flexible hours
- Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, customer service, and oral and written communication skills
- Exhibits professional appearance and conduct in accordance with established company standards to present a professional image to the customer and the general public.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Crestron, Extron, BICSI or CTS certifications are a plus
