Columbus-based leadership and management consulting firm, Metcalf & Associates, has been published in Integral Leadership Review with an article is an in-depth case study using Resilience training and coaching to support business success during organizational transition. The paper provides a detailed discussion of the resilience project at a manufacturing plant that was relocating its operations. The project resulted in the plant maintaining productivity, safety, and profitability for 2 months longer than expected – which translated into workers having more transition time to find new jobs.
