Leading Mobility Enabler, Integrated Mobile, is proud to announce that their Director of Client Services, Will Nankivell, has been name the 'Supplier WMM Customer Advocate of the Year' at the AOTMP 2010 Industry Excellence Awards. These prestigious awards were developed to recognize enterprises and suppliers committed to telecom and wireless best practices.
Nankivell's selection was largely due to his group's implementation of special projects focused on improving the client experience. Over the past year, the Integrated Mobile Client Services Team established regular end-user surveys, defined key metrics, and published results daily to engage the company in their vision of efficiency and improvement.
With these and other changes, every client service metric has improved: First call resolution is up by 50% and total time to close tickets is down by over 50%. Operational costs are down, and, most importantly, client satisfaction has improved dramatically.

The 'Supplier WMM Customer Advocate of the Year' award was announced at the TEM 2010 Industry Excellence Awards banquet on February 16, 2010 in Orlando, Florida.
