Job Responsibilities
- Need to have home PC and home office to conduct business in a professional manner
- Open to mid level and upper level coordinators (Upper level candidates should have PMP…)
- Bill rate to vary based on experience an location
- Responsible for workflow activities of all Service Requests and order enquiries to completion.
Perform service request tool updates throughout the lifecycle of the service request. Service Request Owner. Ownership of service request, end-to-end.
- Confirm appropriate regional resources assigned to the service request (e.g. Technical Designer, Delivery Project Manager)
- Set timelines for Proposal Development.
- Consolidate Proposal input from Technical Designer and Costing/Pricing team into final Proposal.
- Responsible for proposal development.
- Confirms service request does not overlap into Transformation activities.
- Single point of contact.
- Ensure that BA completes the Cost Model Template and receives Business Management/Finance approval.
- Build proposal for O&Rs and GSRs.
- Complete Approval Checklist.
- Schedule and host Regional Business Office sign off meeting prior to Management Review Board (MRB) proposal review meeting (all Proposal Development stakeholders including Finance, Eng, Delivery Project Manager and Global SA team).
- Present Proposal to the MRB.
- Upon Customer Approval, coordinate communication to all affected parties, including Delivery Project Manager for implementation.
- Close Service Request based on Completed or cancelled status.
- Main point of contact for the Delivery Project Manager at a service request level.
