February 6, 2012

Web-based Subscription Solution to Provide a New Model for Distributors and Retailers to Connect Financial, ERP, POS and eCommerce Systems

nChannel Inc., headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, announced today that the nChannel web-based management platform is available in Limited Release to help companies solve the problem of managing multi-channel sales operations.

nChannel will enable distributors and retailers to connect accounting or ERP, POS, web-stores and e-marketplace systems to the nChannel platform. The nChannel platform provides one common place managers can go to process orders, manage inventory, item data, and customers that today may exist in a variety of systems.

The platform houses a library of “connectors” for a variety of leading eCommerce, POS and financial applications including Microsoft Dynamics GP, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics RMS, QuickBooks POS, Magento and ASPDotNetStorefront with many more soon to be released. nChannel Connectors synchronize data from a subscriber’s existing financial, POS and eCommerce systems in approximately 7 minutes, providing quick implementation with limited technical expertise required.

Once connected, subscribers can use the default workflows included with a monthly subscription, or can configure workflows to match business processes. Built for a variety of mid-market distributors and retailers, nChannel provides an easy way for companies integrate system data quickly and with a low total cost of ownership. Sold by monthly subscription, there are no long term contracts, software or maintenance fees to pay.

“One of the largest contributors to redundancy and lack of visibility is the many separate systems a web master, buyer, inside sales person and management will touch to manage day-to-day operations, says Steve Weber, CEO, nChannel. “nChannel provides one place for operational staff to view and manage customer, item, inventory and sales orders between stores, websites and suppliers. We’re excited about the ability to bring easy, low cost, web-based management capabilities to companies which don’t require complex system integrations or a full replacement of the systems they already own.”

Companies that utilize any combination of QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics RMS, QuickBooks RMS and ASPDotNetStoreFront are eligible for the Limited Release Program which launches February 14th 2012 through March 1st. nChannel will be available for General Release after March 1st and will include additional connectors for Microsoft Dynamics GP and Magento eCommerce solutions. Throughout the year, nChannel will expand the connector library to include many other POS, ERP, eCommerce and eMarketplace solutions such as eBay and Amazon.
