-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field

Required Skills and Experience: -2 years of CCNA experience Preferred Skills and Experience: -3 years of Networking Route/Switch experience -3 years of Cisco hardware experience

The selected candidate will perform the following duties: -Deliver standard/custom, supportable infrastructure technology solutions based on architectural standards, new technology roadmaps and business requirements -Accountable for the operational aspects of infrastructure management in accordance with solution requirements and defined Service Level Agreements -Focus on Data, Voice, Security and Contact Center technologies in support of their technology domain -Under moderate supervision, design, develop, test, debug and implement moderately complex hardware/software components, tools, and utilities required for the operation, maintenance, and control of systems -Make moderately complex modifications to existing hardware/software to fit specialized needs and configurations, and maintain program libraries and technical documentation -Assist in planning, scheduling and implementation -Initiate corrective action to stay on schedule.  Job is in Columbus, OH.
