New Albany Celebrates Opening of Technology Business Incubator

More than 150 business and civic leaders were on hand last Thursday evening to celebrate the grand opening of Inc@8000, New Albany’s new technology business incubator.  The incubator, located at 8000 Walton Parkway, features more than 16,000 square feet of office, meeting and collaborative space designed to serve as a hub for startups and entrepreneurial activities in the community. 

In addition to office space, conference rooms and business services, the incubator includes access to business coaching and mentoring services through the TechColumbus TechStart program and the Small Business Development Centers (SBD).  Currently 14 companies are headquartered at the incubator, along with business startup, educational and other business development resources. 

Inc@800 further serves as a center for training, networking and engagement for the startup community in New Albany.
