OCLC and EWI Ranked Among Best Employers in Ohio

Both OCLC and EWI have been named among the Best Employers in Ohio by the Best Companies Group in conjunction with the Ohio Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) State Council. 
Best Employers in Ohio is a program designed as an incentive for companies to improve their workplace practices, which in turn helps them attract and retain the best employees. The Best Employers in Ohio recognition is based in large part on confidential surveys of each organization's employees.

For the third consecutive year, Dublin’s OCLC has been ranked in the Top 10 of Best Employers in Ohio for companies of 250 or more employees.

EWI was also named to Best Employers in Ohio for 2011.  The manufacturing innovations leader was among many publicly and privately held companies and nonprofits from across Ohio that competed in the two-part process to determine the state's best employers. The company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics were first evaluated, followed by an extensive employee survey about the employee experience.
