Online Marketing Lead Generation Specialist
This important position will work with the Director of Marketing and Marketing Coordinator to generate qualified business leads for e-Cycle LLC, one of the fastest-growing environmental services companies in the United States. This entry-level position is responsible for overseeing online B2B email marketing campaigns, identifying and engaging organizational decision makers, qualifying sales leads through exceptional follow-up communication and customer service and managing leads in the CRM database. This position must also assess the quality of the leads and determine the optimal time for assignment to the appropriate e-Cycle Account Manager for closing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Research and import potential client contact lists using e-Cycle’s online marketing tool.
Cross-reference lead lists against e-Cycle’s current client database for quality assurance.
Launch weekly email marketing campaigns to target lists.
Provide outstanding customer service to potential clients through exceptional communications; maintain detailed correspondence records in CRM system.
Assign qualified/interested leads to Account Managers through our CRM system.
Measure, record and report weekly campaign statistics to marketing team.
Research and recommend new tactics to improve the success of online marketing campaigns.
Assist with social media outreach efforts.
Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field.
One year work experience in sales, marketing or business related field.
Highly proficient computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Previous CRMs database management and lead generation experience preferred.
Experience designing HTML email templates a plus.
