Title: Oracle CRM Specialist
Location: Hilliard, OH
Type: Full-Time, Salaried Exempt
Reports to: Director of Information Systems
The Oracle CRM Specialist will be responsible for numerous financial and technical functions within the finance department up to and including the following:
- Accurately update and maintain user account data in Oracle CRM
- Prepare periodic, scheduled and ad-hoc reports as needed or required using various business applications
- Assist in the development of enhancements and improvements to Oracle and other business applications
- Document procedures and best business practices for users of Oracle CRM, Oracle EBS, and other business applications
- Prepare employee laptops and workstations for deployment
- Install software on employee workstations and laptops as needed.
- Provide support for all hardware and software applications
- Serve as phone system administrator
- Serve as subject matter expert on various process improvement and development teams
- Serve as back-up to Systems Manager
- Post Journal Entries
- Responsible for certain month-end closing procedures
- Attend training and meetings as required
- Other financial reporting functions as needed
- Maintain a high level of accountability, integrity and confidentiality
- All other duties as assigned
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
- Oracle CRM or EBS experience required
- 1-3 years of applications support experience
- Ability to work independently, make decisions and exercise sound judgment within a team environment.
