Experience
  • Experience managing 50+ accounts, ideally experience with multi-unit or franchise businesses that have a national presence. Many of our clients have 600+ PPC accounts with each location having its own campaign and being spread out across the country

  • Experience with Google Adwords required (AdWords certified preferred)

  • Experience with MS AdCenter

  • Strong time management skills

  • Team player who can create strategies working with SEO/Social Media/Design teams

  • Strong communication skills, desire to present to clients

  • Ideally experience with Omniture SearchCenter and SiteCatalyst

  • Strong preference will be shown for anyone who can demonstrate basic statistical skills (Z-score, statistical significance, confidence interval, etc.)

Description

The PPC analyst will be primarily responsible for the success of client paid search campaigns.  The analyst will perform keyword research, competitive intelligence, and ongoing campaign management.  Members of the PPC team are also expected to collaborate with colleagues from the SEO/customer service departments to ensure client’s resources are intelligently allocated.

Duties

  • Managing 50+ clients at one time, up to 600+ under one multi-unit or franchise business. 

  • Consistently producing actionable reports and communicating both positive and negative news to internal teams as well as clients

  • Extensive keyword research as part of a campaign kick-off including competitive intelligence

  • Collaborate with SEO/Social Media teams internally to make sure client’s resources are being spent as intelligently as possible

  • Contribute to the constant improvement of ongoing bid management strategy as well as keyword research and competitive intelligence

  • Help us stay an industry leader in the paid search vertical

  • Document strategies on a per client basis as well as best practices across the organization

Performance Indicators

  • Number one performance indicator will be client retention

  • Increase in client spend based on successful campaigns in terms of CPL

  • PPC Certifications: Google AdWords, SearchCenter (Omniture), SiteCatalyst (Omniture) within 12 months of employment. 

  • Additional certifications could include Google Analytics IQ Test, Test & Target (Omniture)
