Position Overview
This is a 1099, direct, outside sales position. Each team member will be
assigned a specific territory in the Cleveland market. You will be responsible for selling Paycloud to businesses in your territory and taking owning of each account relationship in order to ensure customer retention and drive contract renewals. As part of this dynamic sales team, you will have the opportunity to create a strategic customer acquisition plan for your territory and will dictate your work schedule to achieve target objectives. The earning potential associated with this position is significant - to put it simply, the more you sell, the more you make.
Responsibilities:
• Manage & develop your market in the Cleveland area and onboard merchants to the Paycloud program
• Schedule appointments each week with business owners for the explicit purpose of demoing Paycloud
• Close a minimum of 3 accounts per week & 12 account per month
• Provide daily updates to Paycloud Lead/Supervisor
• Build a database of merchants to target and follow up with each week
• Attend networking and Chamber of Commerce events to introduce Paycloud within your specific territory
• Manage relationships with Paycloud clients in your territory in order to upsell premium versions of the product and secure contract extensions
• Work as many or as little hours you choose & earn full-time commissions
Ideal Candidate Must Have (at a minimum)
• High school education
• High energy, great attitude, persistence, go-getter mentality, strong desire to learn and be a part of building something special
• iPhone or Android smartphone
• Reliable car transportation
• Access to fax machine or scanner
• Self-Starter
