HS Diploma required Prefers a degree or in the process of obtaining a degree

Qualifications: 1-2 years of hands on hardware break/fix experience Proven customer service skills Able to handle desktop troubleshooting and repair Experience with MS Windows 2000, XP and Vista Able to do basic network troubleshooting

Duties: Build PCs Handle deployments and redeployments Imaging Lifting PCs, boxing, unboxing and palletizing as needed. Set up new end users Transport PCs to other local locations (must have reliable transportation - mileage reimbursed) Must be able to pass a credit check and an extensive criminal background check.
