A well established client in Columbus seeks an individual with thorough Absence Management development experience. This individual will join the PeopleSoft team in the process of implementation.
Experience and skills:
-
Experience with multiple Absence Management implementations, ideally PS version 9.x

Experience evaluating and analyzing test results
-
Must have experience and working knowledge of the following PeopleSoft modules: -Core HRMS -Absence Management Experience working in the following modules a BIG plus: -Time and Labor -Profile Management -Competencies, etc. -Base Benefits/BenAdmin -Position Management

Ideally, familiar at a high level with USA processes, laws and regulations that govern HR reporting, year-end processing, payroll processing, EEO, I-9, etc.

Experience working with 3rd party systems (could be PS Financials/Supply Chain, SAP, legacy system) and vendors (such as insurance companies, banks, etc.) that interact with a PeopleSoft system a big plus!
